    Competition Win & Barcelona Premier

    I attended the official premier on 3rd March of my setting of Ave Maris Stella at the glorious Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona, beautifully sung by Coral Cantiga conducted by Monserrat Meneses.  This piece won the award for best composition for mixed choir in the prestigious Orfeó Català Composition Competition in Spain. 362 scores were assessed from 219 composers…
